Kisame talked about how young sharks eat each other when in their mothers’ wombs.
Kisame was warning Itachi that though they were comrades, he should be careful not to be ‘eaten’ nonetheless. That he should be careful that neither of them become each other’s final opponent.

In response, Itachi says, “we are not fish (sharks). We are humans.”

So I was puzzled, wondering what was up with the booby trapped shark with the scroll.

Why Guy opened the scroll, a whole lot of water and sharks came out (Mizurou no jutsu [water prison] and sharks)
Weren’t these sharks kuchiyoses?

A seemingly long flashback for the brothers, huh… (TN: this seemed a bit random, but it’s probably in response to someone else. I presume “brothers” here is the Uchiha brothers…? Or maybe Killer Bee and Raikage?)

They open the intelligential scroll to check the info. The booby trap is put into effect and many sharks come out. One of them goes to the sea with a scroll in its mouth.

In Rainy Amagakure(the hidden rain village).

On a stone waterside – Madara: Rinnegan…apparently, you aren’t willing to tell where Nagato hid them.

Konan: I knew you’d come up to me. I’ve been waiting… to get you, sir.

(Konan is still in the Akatsuki cloak.)

Madara: I wont go easy on you just because you’re a former comrade…OK?
